Description
This product shall be made from U.S. Grade A whole portabello mushrooms which have been diced to 3/8" x 3/8" x 3/8" size. The mushrooms shall be Agaricus bisporous mature Portabello mushrooms.

Packaging
Frozen product is packaged immediately in 20 and 40 pound polyethylene bags or 1000 pound totes. The cases are marked " frozen Mushrooms - Store at zero degrees F or below".

Storage
Frozen products are placed on pallets and are warehoused in a clean, freezer storage room. Temperature should be maintained at minus ten degrees Fahrenheit.
