Description
Carrots shall be washed, blanched, individually quick frozen and packaged in accordance with good manufacturing practices, organic standards and meeting all requirements for USDA Grade A. The carrot shall be produced form certified organic carrots that are well-colored, succulent, clean and practically free from grit, leaves or other foreign material.

Diced 3/8" x 3/8".

Packaging
Product shall be in food grade, blue poly-lined corrugated cardboard cases or totes.

Storage
Bulk product shall be stored in dry environment at 0 degrees F or below no longer than 18 months.
