Description
Grade A, 3/8" IQF Broccoli Fines, consist of broccoli sized through a shaker screen, wht the resulting diameter size of 1/8" to 3/8".

Processed
Blanched to deactivate peroxidase enzyme. Product is adequately blanched if test is negative. (No color contrast occurs within 3 minutes.) Product, production procedures and packaging shall conform to good manufacturing practices and all federal, state and local regulations.

Size
1/8" to 3/8". Head material not more than 5% over 1/2" by wt. Stem material not more than 2 units per oz. over 1".

Characteristics
Product must be in well developed stage, with not more than 10% by wt. of head material being reasonably well developed. None of the buds may be in the flowering stage.

Storage
All product is stored at a properly maintained warehouse and is held at 0-F or lower.
