Production Process
Processing of the Cocoa Beans involves cleaning, removal of stones, first drying, breaking, wind shifting to remove shells, alkalizing, burning, cooling,g rinding and then pressing to remove the cocoa butter. The cocoa butter is then deodorized and packaged.
Packaging
Poly lined paperboard box, 55.1 lb net (25 kg). Pallet is 40 boxes.
Storage & Shelf Life
Store cool (15-20 degrees C) and dry (humidity max 65%) protected from light, away from strong smelling products. Maximum shelf life is 12 months.
