Dry blend egg solids with other dry ingredients. When creaming method is used, the water to reconstitute the egg solids is added in the last stage of mixing.
Three parts of water added to one part of DRY WHOLE EGG is equivalent to four parts of liquid egg.
This product is stable up to one year when stored at refrigerated temperatures.
