Product consists of IQF (individually quick frozen) Diced Potatoes that are prepared from mature, sound, white potatoes, or similiar varieties, which are washed, peeled , sorted, trimmed, diced, blanched, and quick frozen.

Color
Frozen Diced Potatoes shall possess a bright, uniform white to light cream color before frying. After heating, the product surface shall have a fairly uniform brown color at least as dark as USDA No.1 of the USDA color standards for Frozen French Fried Potatoes.
