Description
This product shall be made from U.S. Grade A whole mushrooms which have been diced to 3/8" x 3/8" x 3/8" size. The mushrooms shall be Agaricus bisporous white mushrooms or Agaricus bisporous mature Portabella mushrooms.

Packaging
Frozen product is packaged immediately in 20 and 40 pound polyethylene bags or 1000 pound totes. The cases are marked " frozen Mushrooms - Store at zero degrees F or below".

Storage
Frozen products are placed on pallets and are warehoused in a clean, freezer storage room. Temperature should be maintained at minus ten degrees Fahrenheit.
