The product is not adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the requirements; Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, including the Pesticide Chemical and Food Additive Amendments. The processed product contains no residues of any pesticide chemical in excess of the tolerance for such pesticide chemical established under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.

Packaging
The product is packed in clean steel drums that are in good condition and lined with two polyethylene liners and filled to 450 pounds and frozen. Each container is labeled to include product description, our name, lot number, day code, container number and net weight. Recommended to be stored and shipped frozen at 0 degrees Fahrenheit.
