Description
The product shall be clean, sound wholesome, of good typical flavor and aroma where applicable, and a food grade quality (or higher if required), and shall be free from insect and rodent contamination and free from foreign matter. The ingredients are organically grown and certified. The lentils, in mass, should be practically free from discoloration and have the natural color and appearance characteristic of the predominating lentils.

Extraneous Matter
Irreducible minimum of extraneous matter consistent with the nature of the product and the best cleaning available.
