Quality
Frozen Peas must meet U.S. Standard for grades of Frozen Whole Peas for "U.S. Grade A".

90% 4-6 sieve

Color
Frozen Peas possess a bright, practically uniform, good green color typical for the variety.

Maturity
No more than 10% by count, of the peas may sink solution containing 13% by weight, salt.
